Updated: April 02, 火红彩票代理 05:55 PM

Brian Nystrom is a licensed therapist and social worker with years of experience in helping people. And he knows people everywhere, are anxious right now.

"Our way of living has been uprooted. This creates anxiety and stress on people. People who had been depressed or anxious, now have it amped up by a factor of 3, 4, or 5. We don't want to get into catastrophic thinking. That's the thinking where you'd go, oh, everyone is going to COVID-19."

There is an uptick of tension, especially with people spending time at 火红彩票代理 with only their families.

He said, "We want to make sure we don't over-control at 火红彩票代理. When people feel out of control, they tend and try to control other people. Sometimes that's how those family conflicts come in as well."

"We have to acknowledge that we are going to get through this together. There is hope at the light of the tunnel," Nystrom shared.

            Other advice:

            1) Be gentle with yourself and your loved ones

            2) Keep doing your routines, like exercising

            3) Stay connected, via phone or video chat

            4) Regulate your alcohol consumption

            5) Focus on positives

            6) Help your neighbors

Nystrom &  Associates has offices across the state, including in Duluth. In mid-March, they began offering their services by telephone or video.
